The context: A hottie I'm talking to on SPAM (who's agreed to meet up soon) changed her pic, which I commented on "Fuck - you look good enough to eat.. and I'm gonna" "Lol you're mental" "No, I'm honest  "'Mental' is UK slang for crazy or mad Is that an IOI, neutral or a subtle friend-zoning remark guys? |

I would say that's an ioi. When a girl says you're crazy that is usually a pretty strong ioi.and with the directness of your comment I would definitely say ioi.
