So through a good friend of mine I met a girl a couple days ago we ended up going to knotts, dinner, and a walk on the beach kind of like a double date went to fast in my opinion since we didn't really get to meet each other and get to know each other. At knotts we really hit it off I was making her laugh but her body language and everything seemed like she was uninterested in me until my friends girlfriend who is her best friend told me differently so I was like ok cool gave me hope at dinner she gave me a personal story where I also shared mine and it was pretty common so I know I earned her trust from there. At the beach we held each others waist and walked down together I thought it was going to go great. The next day she calls me seeing if I can hang out with her (weird right) and I was like probably not but I ended up going to the movies we watched a scary movie and her friend (same couple who introduced me to her at knotts etc.) kept like pushing her to like lean on me again I didn't make a move cause I did just meet her I still didn't feel she would be comfortable but we ended up kinda that one arm cheesy thing you see in movies so I thought it was going swell cause throughout the movie we got closer and closer. Now after the movie I kinda keep running out of things to say since she doesn't really respond (she is really really shy I don't know how to talk to these types considering I am the exact opposite so it is hard for me to keep it alive). Than I made sure she was home safe and she texts me saying "hey tonight was good but right now we are just friends and friends don't touch each other like bf and gf she said you're all touchy touchy which doesn't mean I don't like it, it is just we aren't dating we are going to fast and I don't like that I don't wanna seem mean but I felt it is better to tell you" I really respect that and I took responsibility since I should have said something but you know teen guys are dumb but i replied late since I feel asleep so I was wondering this girl is like my dream girl xD did she just friend zone me? and how do i keep the conversation alive i can't even keep it alive over text! Please help!! Sorry for the long read! |
