Hey all so ive been reading stuff for a while now and getting into the field and doing pretty well in the field for a beginner however at school im still having trouble changing my old personality to my new one. This has been a problem for me for awhile i am always much better with new people than old... i go to a really small school... im talking less than 300, my grade is the biggest at 60 people so i wouldnt be full out sarging at school but i still want to be able to portray my new confidence and alphaness. I have no idea where to start... ive improved everything tenfold but it doesnt seam to be changing anything at school. so basicly outside meeting new people = great!!! at school = shite!!! any ideas would be great help! |

My best advice would be that you holding on to those peoples pre-concieved notions about you. You are acting how you think they think you should act. Which in turn means you have a weak frame (no offense). But improving that will make your game increase 10fold (if you do it suddenly, and not gradually). The quickest way to do it, is stop communication with everybody you know at school. Don't do any form of communication, just be really docile, and unresponsive (even to your friends, especially to your friends). Do this for a month, and just start being your *new self*. It will be a lot easier, sometimes a change of wardrobe helps. This is kind of drastic, but its a sort of a variation of a trick actors use to 'get in character'. (begining actors anyways) Other than that, its just going to take time. Minor steps, like stopping yourself doing something AFC every time you can.. Tiny tiny baby steps, It'll happen in like 1year. |
