Post subject:  Is This Wrong?

I am interested in this one girl very much so. But she is in love with one of my best friends. Now the catch is he isn't interested at all. Shes completely friend zoned. So she really doesn't have a shot with him.

My question is: Is it wrong to try to get her interested in me if I'm not sure if I would want to be serious with her. I don't believe she is just a one night kind of girl, but I definitely want her. I just don't know in what way. I'm not much for commitment. Now, I'm rationalizing this by telling myself my friend tells me to go for it because he doesn't want her at all, but shes a really sweet girl and I don't want to get her to fall for me only to break her heart. Her current love is really pure and I almost feel its my job to preserve it and not pull one over on her.

Obviously you can tell my feeling are conflicted, and made even worse is the fact that I think I like her a lot but don't know if ill ever be able to commit to her.

If you can make sense of what I'm saying tell me your thoughts. I'm more interested in hearing some opinions rather than finding the answer to my problem.

All is fair in love and war.

Maybe you will surprise her and give her the time of her life?

Sparing her the torment of her un-relinquished passion, by providing her a new path is not wrong.
It's your duty.
