What do i say aftet apporaching? I get stuck at this point and it gets awkward...

I want to ge be good at this, i am reading but it's not easy when i'm not old enough to go to clubs etc..

Hey! I have two (or more) questions for you guys! 1: i want to meet new people and make friends, or more. But o don't have the confidence and guts to talk to strangers. How do i get more confident and not giv a shit what people think? Need advice on both approuch singles nd groups 2: Every day i notice hot girls and regular girls staring at me, yesterday a hot girl turned around and looked at me, and stared for a sec, and she did that 2-3 times, what should i have done? And what should i do if a girl stares and give IOI's, like staring; constantly touching hair, whip the hair back and see if i watch and so on? Thia happen almosr every day, but i do not know what to do. I do lift weights and i am fit ( more that tthe average man), i am maby a 7-8/10. Thanks!

Hey enru, welcome to the forum. You can start with this: http://www.flirtshare.com/tip/2781010 It's probably the easiest and most basic exercise to expand your comfort zone. Progress from there by doing harder and harder exercises or try maintaining the conversation for a longer time. First off let me welcome you to the community secondly have you try or done the newbie mission? this will help you break out of your old habits.it's built to bring up more of your cofidence .Its geared towards this(meaning AA) gotta learn to crawl before you walk and walk before you run. Now some people can start of running. Like joey said, its not gonna get rid of your AA, everyone still have AA but if you have the tools to overcome it, it not going to be a problem. It gets to a point where sometimes you feel like you dont even have AA and just feels natural to you. Everything is done with practice and trail and error. Might be easy, might not be easy, but thats what makes it fun.
