I had a hot girl chasing me forever, never really went anywhere do to me being a fucking moron. Anyway I can't stop thinking about what I missed out on and what an idiot I was. My question is this, she has been posting things on facebook with her new boyfriend, would it be super lame to just delete her from my friends list so I don't have to see it anymore? I'm guessing she won't even notice but if she did it could look super fucking weak? Advice Please |

I would just unsubscribe from her news feed. That way, you dont have to see pics of her and the new guy, plus you can still get hold of her again when she breaks up with him or whatever... I never deleted my ex from facebook. Just kept her out of sight and out of mind. |

I would not do it. Deleting her appears needy. It actually shows her you do care and are still thinking about her etc. Just leave it alone. That is how you show you do not care. |

Delete her. Why keep her as a friend? There is no purpose whatsoever. Plus if you're concerned that it will make you look weak, it won't. Chances are she won't even notice, and even if she does, and doesn't think it's some sort of a glitch, so what. She'll just request you again. Caring about showing that you don't care is one of the most illogical cares. |

If you delete her you show that you DO care. Clearly he cares. He's on here asking about what to do, obviously, he cares and thinks it might get her attention/get her back in play or whatever. It won't. Just ignore her. Quote: Delete her.

I do clearly care but I'm not trying to get her attention or make her think about me, I'm just tried of seeing her posts and thinking about her, I'm also very weak so I check her profile a lot. Anyways I deleted my whole facebook account for at least a while so I won't continue to check on a girl that I could have had but now has another boyfriend. Thanks for the responses as always. |

I'm not saying he doesn't care. I'm saying it's more important for himself to know that he doesn't care enough to keep her on his Facebook. He shouldn't even care what she thinks. Alright, there is a slight chance she notices that he deleted her, and then there is a slight chance she might think he did it because he cares. So what? Are you trying to impress her by showing that you don't care? Are you trying to make sure that she accidently doesn't think you want her attention? What kind of logic is that? You're telling me that you care more about her opinion of you than your own mental state? If you think deleting her off Facebook will help (and it will, I was in your exact same shoes and deleting my ex was the best decision I've made) then you should do it. Using your logic, deleting your whole Facebook shows that you care more than if you just deleted her. Stop trying to accommodate to people's opinions of you. |
