Post subject:  Some Kind of Anger Problem in Relationships

Hello People,

I found a disturbing pattern in my behaviors.

Normally I am a relaxed guy, leaving space in relationships and acting pretty normal and "modern".

But I want things happening my way. If my mate does not want to do things I want, I feel very angry internally. This anger come out in some rude, passive-aggressive form and can damage anything.

I have realized that all my long term relationships ended because of this behavior.

Let me give you one solid example.

If she spends some time with her ex with a group of friends, it is OK. Because that would be OK for me.
But if she spends some time with her close friends and does specifically tell me not to come, it is not OK. Because I find such a behavior rude.

If she does not want to have sex, it is OK. I say that everyone does not have have sex anytime.
But if she does not want to kiss me on the cheek when I just ask for it, it is not OK. Because I think one kiss is always small thing to give and anyone should be doing this.

When it is not OK, I start feeling frustrated. I feel unsuccessful and I do a lot of things to get it. I had been called rude, dangerous and ruthless. Even if I can control the outcome, most of the time my mate understands how frustrated I am and that would be enough to start a fight.

What do you say?
Do you have similar behaviors?
I definitely need to change this, but how?
Any recommendations?

Thanks.
