Heheh, I've heard for girls sex isn't all about the orgasm, although it certainly improves your chances of getting invited back, and she deserves as good a time as you. Anyroad, make sure she's relaxed and comfortable, chew ears, kiss neck, bite shoulders etc, don't go over the top though. And be passionate but don't just hammer away, lol, try make foreplay a little longer. A great tip/trick is learn to come twice, in other words, instead of finishing it there, keep your boner and continue. It's probably a tantric sex thing.
