Hi everyone, I'm new here, and I honestly need some advice, there is a new girl at work and she is amazing, in many ways, but she is in a moment in her life that she has no time to have any kind of relationship, because she takes care of both her parents (they are old and sick) I want to find a way to get closer to her and make her like me, I'm afraid too scare her... any help is very welcome. |

I have always had a rule never to get involved with co workers, even though i been there twice one ended bad the other still good. that being said the best thing to do is just to be friendly and not needy, you could always try inviting her to tag along with you and your mates on a night out or for a meal or whatever. In work try escalating with her a little more kino and comfort saying how you think its amazing that she looks after her parents and not alot of people these days would do what your doing even though most parents do so much for their kids, and its a really attractive quality. Be genuinly interested in what she says and get her to invest in you. If you catch eyes accross work just smile then pull a funny face at her to break rapport. It does seem like family means alot to this girl so just build alot of comfort but break rapport to like hug then push her away saying ok i gotta get back to work. hope this helps jon |

First thing you need to be aware that dating the co-worker RARELY turns out good, but you won't follow that advice. You need to be more confident being scared is pretty much the easiest way to turn a girl off, you can't be afraid to approach her and talk to her. Make her laugh, flirt with her, be direct and ask her for her phone number. When you get that far hit me back.

Thanks a lot guys I needed to hear (read) those things, she is a very uncommon person and at first I was thinking the very same thing, never get in any kind of relationship at work, because it may have bad consecuences, however although I find her atractive, is her personality what got me interested. I was getting locked in my own thoughts and was unable to find a good way to proceed myself, so right now I'm taking those steps as you suggested me. Again thanks a lot, I'll keep you informed |
