Post subject:  Need tips for closing with a girl in class

So I'm in a college summer school science class. At my lab table is a 6.5 and a solid 8 who's next to another guy. He's better looking than me (in fact, while I'm not ugly, I'm definitely the least attractive guy in the classroom). However, for the past week I've built a pretty strong rapport with 6 and 8 by being knowledgable during labs and cracking occasional jokes, and 8 has a much more friendly attitude with me than the guy next to her who, thankfully, has the personality of a lump of cheese.

So today after class I went to the library to print some stuff out, and 8 was at a table. As I walked past she her eyes lit up and she flashed a big smile at me, which I returned, but kept walking. After I did my printing, I walked past her table again, and stopped to talk to her. I was going to be assertive and sit down and just start studying with her, but I bitched out and instead had a short conversation with her which ended kind of awkwardly, but friendly. I don't think I've struck out with her (although I know I blew a prime opportunity to progress the relationship), but as I'm new to pick up I do wonder if this complicates things or sets me back with her at all. She just graduated from an all-girls school grades 6-12, so my suspicion is that she has less experience with guys hitting on her (Hell, I could very well be the first guy to hit on her in school in her whole life!) so it might seem to her to have been less of a failed flirt then a short conversation between two casual acquaintances. If I still have a chance, I'm just going to talk/flirt to her tomorrow during our class's 15 minute break and go from there.

One other factor that might be relevant, I'm going to be a senior (21) and she's going to be a freshman (18/19). I know that's not a huge difference, but from the younger side it can seem like one, especially if she doesn't have experience with guys.

Anyways, I'd appreciate any impressions or advice from guys who have more experience. Also any tips on how to escalate and how to kino in a school setting. And of course, how to close and take this OUT of school. Thanks.

Step #1: Get her number!
Then, ask her out DIRECTLY after you get her number.
Find a place that both of you will enjoy.

She is INTO you mate. Forget about ages and think about the sex!

If you both have a lab, brush against her during the lab. If she's doing an experiment, then put your hands on her hands and point out how to do a certain task. That's kino.

Get her number and ask her out mate! She WANTS YOU!

I agree totally with this post. I wouldn't read anything into the awkward convo I highly doubt it affected your chances with her at all. Like the above poster mentioned be confident and direct. I am gonna recommend this website because its helped me improve my game www.!adboylifestyle.com there's a lot of tips/advice on there that I think you will find useful. This girl likes you so go ask her out!!

This. Follow this advice because this is your key to success with this girl.

Get her number and ask her out fast. Then use kino and physically escalate.
