tldr; I asked this girl to hang out in less than ideal circumstances, I was real beta, she said yes but not sure if it was sincere and if she will flake, I should be feeling good that I asked, but I am feeling pretty shit at how bad it went.

and i read the full post and obviously you know what went wrong so ill just stop pointing out.
what you should do is forget what you did and just be doing your shit at work. when you get a chance of working on the same floor build rapport with the girl and take it slow. if you dont work on the same floor on that day dont go all afc
after 3 weeks of intermittently seeing her you can ask for her number to ask her out. if you never get to work on the same floor as her never again dont go all afc about it just forget about it. if you cant build rapport with her on this time you can still go for her number but it might not go well for you. rapport is the key. you can still try though, theres nothing wrong with trying but dont go all afc over her if she doesnt like you bak good luck buddy
