when you are texting her,start to compliment her (if you already have,get adventurous with your compliments) and slowly start to initiate your interest in her,then ask to meet up for a coffee/walk or if you are old enough: a drink.
when out,talk to her and then initiate kino(touch her face,feel her hair,etc,etc) then kiss (if you feel its right)Compliment her by saying: "your hair looked really pretty today,you have a fantastic smile,etc,etc" basically compliment something about her or something she does,

so I took that as an ioi but didn't read into it a lot. Other then that its been a mix of teasing and intelligent convo. I'll be seeimg her next week so I'll escalate some more.
