Good morning PUAs, and thaks for visiting the topic, a nice weekend yall ! As a newbie into hipnosys and NPL, i dont know if you guys use self hipnosys videos, but im willing to gfive it a try, i would appreciate some tips from more experienced users, and if someone could give me a hand with some suggestions of good videos about self hipnosys, and npl . Oppinions are very welcome and appreciated Thanks

You have to create your personality, Hypnosis does work (at least my psychologist friend says it does) but how would you fell about it? I would fell bad about my self! Create your personality and your game! EDIT: Oh you said self-hip... forget that shit, it's all on your mind! Practice and practice! |

90% of the HYPNOSIS videos geared towards PUA are shit and aren't built off actual hypnosis principles. There's a hilarious channel on youtube that's just 60 minutes of some dude mumbling about approaching women and occasionally backmasking "BE CONFIDENT" in the audio lol. Youre best bet is to either: 1) Check out Paul Mckenna's "I can make you confident," tape, because he's an actual NLP Practitioner, 2) Check out Adam Eason's self hypnosis stuff and learn to do your own. |

i agree most of them towards puas are shit, try paul mckennas instant confidence, i can make you happy, or change your life in seven days. or richard bandlers get the life you want if you live in the uk it comes with a cd. there are several good books that will explain how to record your own hypnosis recordings, like self hypnosis by brian alman |
