Me:
If I didn't know better I might think you're greedy. ;-)
So lets hear something fun about you other than you like hummus. <-- she mentioned it twice on her profile, and not much else.

Her reply:
Maybe...but you only live once and as long as work hard enough to ensure I'm trim I don't mind!
Let's turn it around, you tell me something fun about you?


So what is the best way to deal with this?
I was thinking of saying something along the lines of: "I'll just tell you one for now, but you'll have to discover the rest in person. Your turn."

Thoughts?

I think what you're doing is good by qualifying her.

However in my opinion I wouldn't go for the meet up to soon, it might scare her off, this can push them away, I would say keep the banter up for longer and don't rush it.

You could qualify her a little bit more while sprinkling some DHV's like:
I love traveling to South America, because of the rhythms and the beautiful beaches there. Do you like traveling?
