If I see a girl who is attracted to me and if I know her well enough to know her name I habitually establish an emotional connection with them in my head... Even if I don't find them attractive and if they are attractive I start acting more nervous around them as I care about the interaction more. My first question is this normal for people who have just started approaching? My 2nd question is how can stop/ reduce the emotional connection that I form? (as it is holding me back) cheers |

I think the emotional connection isn't the problem...in fact, emotional connections are awesome. You just work on not caring about the outcome as much. |
