Post subject:  Conversation turns into interview mode

This always happens to me. Every time I talk to a girl everything seems fine. but after a while the conversation gets boring and it turns into interview mode. What classes are u taking next semester. are u working? hows ur day blah blah... even i can feel this shit is getting boring as hell. ]

I always thought that being interested in someone by asking these questions are the way to go.... but right now it seems like this isnt going anywhere.

Any suggestions on what to talk about beside these boring interview questions?

Don't ask boring logistical questions. Ask hr about her hobbies and passions. Flirt with her, make it fun, and escalate. Doing so will cause it to be anything but boring.

I disagree.

It wont be boring, as you communicate with a person, who you find interessting(hopefully, she is also interessted)and interview modes are nothing bad. Just remember to be cool, relaxed and entertaining. Actually, this type of communication is very useful, where you can pick her reponds and build positive rapport. Powerfull tool, if you know how to use it.

Almost forget to mention this. I think we already got pass the stage of knowing each other. so if i keep asking those interview questions. it would be very boring... almost every time, I just say hey wassup? hows life? what are u doing now? blah blah blah.... at some point, I almost had to ask, any updates??.... this isnt just for one girl. For other girls as well, and also some of my female friends..... I need to know how to take it to the next level.

Open word:

Write down all the interesting stuff you've done in your life

Turn them into fun DHV stories that you know will generate a lot of fun and follow up questions

Also talk about what her passions are

Logic-minded questions aren't a bad thing, in fact they're an essential part of getting to know somebody better to determine, for the both of you, whether the 'fit' is right.

That said, bombarding your date with such questions will lessen the chance of creating and stoking (yes, like a flame) an emotional connection. So unless you're from the planet Vulcan or truly scouting for employees, let most logic driven questions fall by the way side and instead use them (sparingly) to help elicit conversation if things are getting dry.
