How would you gain sexual confidence the first time you have sex given that it is very important to have sexual confidence to have her the first time?

this first time for everyone is an awkward mess of mistakes. Its just how it works. Just take it slow, enjoy yourself and make sure to give your partner 100% attention.
even if it lasts 30 seconds, its not about the actual intercourse its the whole package from start to finish that matters. (words from my ex about her ex hubby)

Focus all the attention on her.

The same way you calibrate your kino escalation based on her comfort levels... Adjust your movements and the way you are fucking her based on how much pleasure she is getting.

First of all, thanks for your answers although, you guys missed the point totally!

What I was asking with my very bad english which probably was the reason for the misunderstanding is if sexual confidence/sexual state/"whatever you call it" is so important to seduce a girl (not have sex with her) it must be surely be created some how because for your first time seducing a girl (not having sex with her) you need it. How do you think that I can conjure up sexual confidence out of think air.

you body will give it to you, seriously. as you build sexual tension with a HB through touching flirting and kissing you will notice your confidence build. Basically the more you "get away with" the more excite your brain makes your body. Think of it as a chemical reaction, you add flirting lust and mix in some humor and you brain changes gears to prepare for sex. If she is picking up on it her mind will as well.

at least that is how i understand it, may not be completely correct.

So, what are the prerequisites for it to happen? Normal Confidence, high sex drive or something else perhaps.
