Hello, I'll cut to the chase. I met a girl a year ago, I liked her and she liked me but it took many many dates and alot of time for us to end up in bed. I find her hot but as soon as I got an erection, after a few minutes I lost it. Here are a few facts: 1. I felt a bit anxious while going to her place but not while being with her. 2. For 4 nights in a row I didn't get a good nights sleep due to partying. 3. The past week I have been taking Augmentin pills because I have tonsillitis. 4. My nutrition I would say the past 2 weeks is average to bad. 5. I stop gym for the past 2 weeks. I never had this problem, I wasn't ashamed to have it or scared and I am cool about it. I just want to know why so I can prevent this from happening again. Any thoughts? PS: my opinion is the excessive wait and ball-busting of having sex with this woman! Thanks |

Anxiety, performance and/or other is a boner killer. Learn to be present during sex, less so about whether she's enjoying it or not. |

Will it help if until next time I do the following? 1. Exercise 2. Eat well 3. Sleep well 4. Bring the "party" to my place where I feel more comfortable 5. Have one drink so that I loosen up if there is any chance of me being tense. Thanks |

I wouldn't worry about it, most men have been here, if you are tired anxious, or intoxicated, it can be hard to sustain it. |

Read the section of erectile dysfunction in the guide I posted. Health and diet sure help, but unless you are already in your 30s, it shouldn't have that much of an impact. Perhaps it have something to do you with porn/masturbation habits, or at least, that'd be my guess. |

Ok this is starting to worry me! It happened again last night but not as much. Basically it came and went a couple of times and it was never a hard hard one. I started gym for 2 days now, ate well, slept well! The only thing is that we were at her place again and I am not sure if it is the place that creates the problems (her mother lives in the next apartment) which I doubt it, or more the fact that this act was overbuilt, overwaited for, overexcited for! Maybe this woman emasculated me...is it possible? What do you guys suggest? Am I not attracted to her and all this is just in my mind because this woman didn't go to bed with me and held back for 6 months? PS: I have no health problems, I never had this problem before and I don't have anxiety when I am with her or stress in general! I do find her hot and sexy and I like kissing the girl! |

There's a very high chance that's the cause of your problem. Studies have shown that porn can rewire your arousal system. I would stop watching porn completely if I was you. |

This is bullshit, as there are many studies that show porn use, between couples, can enhance arousal. Now, masturbating too much can satiate sexual arousal thereby making one less inclined to being aroused when around their mate - this can in fact be a or the source of the problem.

Ur problem is either masturbation/porn (too much cause a weak erection and low arousal levels) Anxiety/stress (thinkin too much on anything but sex or the girl will cause your erection to go down) You dont have ed unless you damaged something. What you need to do is cut out the porn and masturbating completely or to a minimum of 1x per wk. get your little lady friend to become your porn star. Have her dress up or get more involved in foreplay. |
