Post subject:  I'm new to the game someone help
I'm absolutely terrible with women. Everytime i'm walking and see a pretty girl i stare down and get nervous. It's like i can't think of anything but how hot the girl is. Someone help lol

Stop putting so much value into the way a woman looks. That's your first step. :)

Just start talking and making sure you live an attractive lifestyle.

THIS and CONFIDENCE that's really more than half the battle to getting any chick.

Approach, be your best self, and be confident (NOT arrogant). Practice talking to women, treat them like human beings and you will eventually learn. Don't worry if you fail, failing is an integral part of the learning process

The other way to approach this is to just start being more social in general.

Don't talk to the people that make you shy at first. Start off with the low hanging fruit. Chat to women you aren't attracted to. 1-2 sentences to a stranger is fine at first. Drop a comment here and there to guys you don't know.

You do want to become a more social person. As you build confidence with one demographic that has a low probability for failure, move on to the next. ie. Slightly more attractive women.

Early wins in any new venture are important. So start off easy and build up. Hope that helps.

How do i do that
When I was a teenager (I'm 34 now) I started to look for faults, things that were not perfect. I used this as some kind of protection against feeling such strong attraction. Start by her looks. Maybe you don't like her nose, her ears, ass, whatever. Focus on that until you loose some attraction, until you get control over yourself and can see her as a normal human being.

If she is a perfect 10 after all, and you can't find anything negative about how she looks, try to look for negative personal traits. One thing that haunts us all, even HB10's, is our insecurity. If you can see through her facade, and see her insecurities, you will mentally take her down from the pedestal and see her as a normal human being.
