| Post subject: | I really like a girl but she flaked out on me what can I do! |
Well here it goes, I've known this girl since last october I liked her instantly the first time I met her but didn't speak to her much after we met, It's only been recently that I've started talking to her before we used to text each other randomly but never really spoke a lot. I've met up with her a total of about 7-8 times. We generally just meet up to do sports activities, I have been out for drinks and dinner with her but it was with her friend. We have been texting a lot recently so I thought I should ask her out for dinner as she said she is down about her ex boyfriend. she replied back saying thanks for the offer but she is busy on a work night out, I get the feeling she is flaking on me as she took a long time to reply back when I asked, I've asked her out for drinks once before and she said she was busy at the cinema that time. I really like this girl more than any girl i've ever met i'm not getting any younger I really want a girlfriend. The problem I have is I don't want to turn into her text buddy! I want to create attraction so she thinks of me more than a friend, I'm always nice to her and we get on so well. I can't understand why she flaked on me. shall I suggest going out for dinner another night? I'm worried this might put her off even more. Please help!!! thanks. |

You don't have any evidence that she was lying. In a few days, give it one last shot. Tell her to meet you for drinks and give her 2 days of notice. If she comes up with an excuse and doesn't offer an alternative time for you to meet up, it's time to move on. I will say that you seem far too invested in this girl which is never a good thing. |

Exactly you need more options and you shouldn't be texting about her ex boyfriend too much emotional bs lands you in the friend zone

Thanks for the advice, I'm really invested because she is my perfect girl! I've never met anyone like her was in a relationship before and the girl was nothing like her, I just have to convince this girl to like me or get her more interested. |

Guys on an update I asked what else she was up to at the weekend and I've had no reply so far! I wish I could just give up on this girl completely but I like her far too much! What else can I do? She is the girl of dreams it's impossible to meet a girl like her. |

She did reply back just later, I mean attraction wise she is perfect for me, and we share the same interests when we meet we get on really well. I think she has too much complication in her life though. I can't give up on the girl when I like her that much, it's not over till she completely ignores me which she isn't doing. |

Facts are if she really wanted to see you she would've made time for you. Your to emotionally invested which is why you won't get her.

That's bull Ive know her since last year and I wasn't emotionally invested until she recently started texting more. It's not like she's the only girl in my life. However she is first girl I would say which I get on really well with, share common interests and I'm really physically attracted to. To find all these qualities is really difficult for me usually it's only one or two out of the three |

Chill the Fu*k out. Don't be needy that will kill any attraction. Thinking you have to do something to convince her to like you more is the WRONG mindset. Be your best self and if she likes you good if she doesn't GFTOW. (Go Find Ten Other Women) So, cut contact for 3 days than say something along the lines of, let's go out for coffee, when's a good time for us ? After that it's really out of your control. You've showed your interest now it's up to her . I think I have to be more explicit. Don't text her back if she say's she's busy without offering to meet on another day, or if she ignores you. |
