1) You waited too long to text her, and when you finally did, it was a shitty text. What did you expect her to say to "SURPRISE!"? Did you want her to go "Haha, oh gosh, you scared me! Let's fuck."? Text her again and this time, tell her to meet you out for drinks of the alcoholic variety.

2) Always? No. Often? Yeah, but the frequency could be mitigated by handling the situation better. Like I said, you waited too long and ultimately failed to deliver.

Don't apologize, just pretend you didn't send that last text. Schedule your day 3 as planned for whenever you're free. Don't overanalyze the logistics of when you are free; it's fine to schedule something in advance. Yes, it is fine to text the day after.

She works late, so I guess she's on the busy side - supposidly. So after the day 2 i texted her around 3 days later saying, "SURPRISE" she didn't respond. That was yesterday, at 5:00 pm. It's now day. Now I know you might say well maybe she's not into you but I gave her a necklace of mine to wear until I see her again and she complied with my kino. So why take my necklace if you didn't want to see me again? You can read the IOI's in the post.

1) what should I do now?
2) does stuff like this always happen

I like this chick too, but my understanding of game was to text with purpose, I thought it would be needy to text the day after meeting her with "nice seeing you last night". 1) So is it best to text girls the day after meeting them and what should I say? 2) Plus, I'm not free this week, I'm free next week so it would be crazy to set up a date that far behind but I could always just fluff talk and say ill text you soon and let you know when I'm free next week. That sounds like a way to fix that. IMPORTANT: How do I fix this situation? Should I text her today, and what should I say (do I appologize)? Note: I told her ill come to her apartment and we'll cook and make us a meal and she agreed to that. So that's the day 3 we had in mind.

Game other girls a lot of other girls your being a whiny little pussy over this one girl, you care a lot more than she does time to switch the roles or you stand no chance of getting her

There's not a rule or anything, it's mostly just common courtesy. Don't fret so much over what to say, just say something substantial, not SURPRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISE!
