I successfully used these PUA tools and confidence builders to date dozens of girls for 2 years and sleep with more beautiful women than I would have ever imaged. Then I finally met the girl of my dreams, and dated her for 2 years, completely exclusive. I put all of my PUA stuff on the backburner and forgot about it. We recently broke up (hey, I guess I need to take some PUA course and KEEPING the girl), and now I feel completely rusty, don't remember anything, and don't have any of my confidence from before. I feel completely rejected and can't imagine going out and trying to pick up girls even though I know I need to for my confidence and to get over my ex. Any advice? Is there also like a very quick 5 page summary I can read to get this rust off of my pickup skills? Anything knew that was learned in the last 2 years that I wouldn't have known before? And why is keeping the girl long term as hard as getting the girl? It seemed like out of nowhere she flipped a switch and just stopped loving me. One day she wanted to marry me, the next day she wanted nothing to do with me. I don't get it... Thanks |

This doesn't really answer the question but I think that she just got tired of the routine which is why most relationships end. Ideally your relationship hits its peak after the first 3 months after that things start to get stale, its pretty much loyalty after that. But your young man get some confidence (watch something that pumps you up or some kind of activity that gives you confidence example weight lifting before you go out) and go get numbers and game.

The Crash Course. Its a free download at the paragon project forums. Mystery Method Anything by Sinn David DeAngelo's Double your Dating and Attraction isn't a Choice Sex God Method is nice read too. Basically you just need to go out and open more girls. The rust will shake right off |

I find going out and hitting on girls right away after a break up very difficult, I usually take some time just going running and doing yoga before jumping back on. As silly as it sounds, after my most recent break up I just started asking girls for directions or what the time was |
