As the title asks, I recently read in a book that if you hold off on masturbation you will have an increased sex drive.

True or False?

Yes.

Last time I masturbated was on 6 february. Sex drive is through the roof. Amazing feeling is amazing.

Yes it does.
If you feel the need of masturbation, do it once a week that is the most time before going out.
I go out for instance every Saturday, so when I cannot hold I do it Sunday, that gives me 6 days prior to going out.
And stop watching porn, it's bad, really bad.

Maybe that's your experience, but in general it's better not to. Masturbating too often decreases your testosteron, which will decrease the sex drive.

Uhm, no. The testosterone levels remain the same. However, abstinence (holding off) increases your testosterone, here: http://link.springer.com/article/10.100 ... 22?LI=true

Essentially, this is really moot and academic for several of us who are hypersexual. Our testosterone levels, as PUAs, are higher than most.

I still masturbate after fucking girls who fall sleep after the marathon fuck. I just can't get enough orgasms in certain occasions; not always but sometimes.

You might also want to read Sperm Wars by Robin Baker if you want deeper insights. It will give you so much more confidence in pick up once you realize you know a lot more about women (and men) than the average dude.

Yeah, not sure it's worth debating the finer points. I think as an answer it might decrease sex drive, but probably not.

It is very likely to decrease testosterone (according to a single study, which I think you are extrapolating to mean something bigger). But that doesn't necessarily mean lower sex drive.

Actually the study is saying: masturbation does not lower the sex drive but abstinence does increase the sex drive.

"In contrast, although plasma testosterone was unaltered by orgasm, higher testosterone concentrations were observed following the period of abstinence."

In the final analysis, there are more efficient ways in increasing your sex drive than holding off sex or masturbation for 3 weeks. For instance, the more women you approach everyday, the higher your testosterone levels spiral up. If you approached and eyefucked, say, 50 women in a single day, that more than makes up for 3 weeks of no fapping.
