If you're looking for a potential mate and you came across a girl that you really like, but she told you she just want a friend, what would you say to her? My philosophy is that being friend with a woman you like/try to game with her never work out in the long run. Any pointers is greatly appreciate. Also remember, women say all kinds of things they don't really mean it. They write things like "not looking for relationship. Only seeking friends. Friends last longer" blah blah blah. She say things like "be my friend"? What would you do and tell her in this situation? |

Move on, unless you can enter into a mutually beneficial friendship (ie, you introduce each other into interesting social circles and subcultures, you gain business or social contacts from her friendship, etc.). Tell her you have enough friends and don't need any more. |

Yes I told her I already have enough friends. I asked her to give me one good reason why I should be her friend. Her response was "because I have no friends". This is all a shit test to me.

So would you guys be her friend if she want a friend? I think it's a set up game. Girls say things like "I need text buddy". Again it's all baloney. Women only say that to give themselves insurance. This idea will go out the door once she find someone she like. You have to see the deeper motive in women. They all say this at first, but you gotta play like you don't care. You must get into the mindset that you don't need her, but you don't tell her this. I'm curious how would you guys deal with this situation when she say she need a friend? Would you be her friend? I know some guys would, because they are the only one trying to be effeminate just to be near her. She calls them friends but she has no real respect for them. She even plays with them when she needs attention. And they all respond like pavlov's dog. I just told ya a deep truth here. |

Girls that aren't interested in you sexually want you as a friend. If they are interested you won't be friends. It's impossible. I'm only capable of being friends with a girl that I am not attracted to and even then it is difficult. As an example, I know a girl who is a little celebrity (often on TV and is signed with a big label) and we hit it off big time. She's in a LTR (her first and only boyfriend and they've been together for 10 years) and I have no interest in girls with BFs. We spent a bunch of time together and the sexual tension was always there. At some point she started telling me how she didn't think that kissing was cheating and other such IOIs. When we get around each other it heats up, but I just try to ignore it. That's just a bit of bragging, but the point is that if you don't know how to generate attraction in women, you'll end up in the F-Zone. Once you learn to communicate sexually it will be more work to try and stay "friends". |

Yeah I understand. The point is that she doesn't friend zone me though. She said she need a friend only. I don't even know her. Girls say "Oh I need a text buddy" or "Let's be friends *smiles*" it's their little trick. They all say this at first but this idea will go out the door once they find the one they like.As an example, I know a girl who is a little celebrity (often on TV and is signed with a big label) and we hit it off big time. What you are describing there is when a guy get to know a girl for a short while and she say "Let's just be friends" that's different from my situation. In my situation, I look at her profile and she say "Let's be friends" *Smiles*. That's it. I want to know how to deal with this situation. Not the one you describe. |

Ah, I see. I misunderstood. Well, then the game begins. Reply, "yes, let's be friends." Then write something like, "let's play doctor" or "let's play house". Also, look at her profile and find something funny to write. Maybe if she likes cats, then you can write, "I'm happy to find a fellow cat enthusiast to be friends with. I have 15, how many do you have cat woman?" I'd just get playful, don't try to neg her or tell her you don't do friends. I friend requested a girl who asked me, why friends? I said well, I'm too lazy to write you an actual message. |
