Step one. When you pee, and I mean every time you pee, stop the flow of pee ten times. Pee a bit, stop it, pee a bit, stop it (and not by squeezing your zeezee with your hand). After doing that for a while practice squeezing that muscle when you are sitting at your desk. 20 times a day combined with the pee stopping.
Step two. When you have sex and you feel you are getting close to coming, pull out. Get your fingers in there. Get your tongue in there (and I'm going to be harsh here: who gives a shit if it's not your thing. Don't be a fuck head and make it your thing). When you've cooled off a bit then go back in. Rince and repeat. Also, when you start to get ready to come you need to learn to breath and circulate that tension. Combined with learning to squeeze that muscle you'll gain control. Remember you need to squeeze in the very beginning. Not trying to stop an orgasm once it's began. It's tricky, but just have as much sex as possible and you'll learn it.
