So I just got a new job, and it's the first job I've gotten since I got into the community. This place happens to be run by all women, which is another situation I've never been in. I decided to game my boss slightly. I didn't do anything too crazy , just a compliment here and there and a gentle touch on the back here and there. I started noticing that she would come over and waste my time for no reason and follow me around like a 16 year old girl. She would also ignore other people completely when I was around. The other day I was squatting down looking at a piece of machinery and she came over and totally gave me a loose shirt flash as she bent over to talk to me. She had mentioned talking to her son about me. I'm assuming that this is code for one of her cubs though I am not certain.


If all of this was not enough to convince me later on that day a female coworker came up to me and told me that she knew of two women there that "had the hots for me". I made some subtle comment and went on about my business all the while wondering who the other one was. A mystery that remains to this day. About 10 minutes go by and she yells out "one of them is your boss". To which I replied yeah I kinda figured that one out.

She is fun and has a smoking body besides a few wrinkles around the lower neck. I have seen her mid rift and her skin is smooth.

So what are the pros and cons here boys? I would especially appreciate input that comes with experience though any input is welcome.

Any advice on startling that line? She is getting more aggressive.

OK, it's getting hard to stay professional and still escalate. It was warm at work yesterday. She came up and asked if I was hot. She then went on to tell me that her panties were absolutely soaked. What does one say to that when it comes from your boss? What are my next moves?

To answer your question about cougars. Good and bad.

Older women usually have lots of experience. I hooked up with the mom of my friend once, which was pretty interesting. She was a fantastic kisser and actually a very prominent women in the community (was an adviser to the top government officials where I live). Her stories and insight were amazing. She really did remind me of a cougar because I could tell that I amused her. She was turned on, but she'd been through it enough that she it wasn't new.
