Hey I keep noticing missed opportunities, like my brain just isn't working fast enough. Like the other day I pass by a woman at the office, we smile and say hi to each other and then 30 seconds later realize I could have tried to chat her up a bit, introduce myself, mention that I hadn't seen her around in a while because she moved offices etc. Anyway, I keep realizing later that I've blown situations by not escalating. Is it just practice or can something else help? |

Practice and instinct. Once you get used to approach women and act a certain way, it will eventually become natural. |

at least you know you aren't competent in this area. Now that you know, you can easily make small attainable goals until you do it without even thinking about it. I was in your shoes before. Dedicate some time to doing the little things. Talk, approach, eye contact, smile, etc. |
