HB9 broke up with boyfriend for me, how to move forward?

Post subject:  HB9 broke up with boyfriend for me, how to move forward?
Hey guys,

I'm not too sure how to handle this situation and was wondering what your advice is.

An HB9 that I had flirted with and built immense value with for about 2 months has a boyfriend that's an AFC. When I told her that I was interested in her (a mistake I know :?), she told me that she had a boyfriend at that time. We stopped contact and this caused her and her bf to have some friction.

3 weeks later, I met her at a party where I eventually K-closed. We got along really well, so I texted her the day after. She responded an entire day later, so I thought she was no longer interested, but found out later that she had broke up with her bf at that time.

I met her 2 more times and had taken her IOIs as 'just being nice', so I didn't react. I knew she broke up with her bf but didn't know it was over me, and I didn't want to be a rebound.

Now that I found out from her friend, I'm not too sure how to move forward with this. I don't know if they're back together again.

I'm going to the same party as her in a few days. Should I not care and game as normal? Should I initiate contact (call/text)?

You shouldn't be asking us for permision. It is completely up to you if you want to steal another dudes girl.

Dude. This chick broke up with her bf bc she's more interested in you. You're not stealing her. You had no idea she even broke up with him and even more you didn't know it was bc of you. If she left him while you weren't in contact it's not bc you stole her. It's bc she wasn't happy and wants better. And from what it sounds like from her friend the better she wants is you. I'd make sure she will be at that party. And if she is game her. You don't have to fclose her. I probably wouldn't if you're looking for something more with her but I'd be kclosing her and and building something with her.

So what happens when you date her and she gets tired of you and some guys go at her? I caution you to think about this before you jump into a relationship with her

Ya won't know until ya try it. I'd rather go for it than wish I would have. That's why I got into pua. To stop thinking I should have gone after chicks and start actually doing it.

Go to that party and have fun. Talk to all your friends there and be social. If she did break up with her bf for you and then sees you talking to any ladies at all, that admission is going to come out fast.
