is a best to stick and learn from one puas game methos or learn as much as you can from every pua and test for yourself because im being overwhelmed with different methods and info etc: |

different gurus teach different techniques and methods, but the whole concept of how to become an alpha pick up artist is the same. I would suggest to follow one pickup artist at the beginning so you don't get all confused. If his material are not working for you, try to learn from someone else until it sticks in. Eventually, every good pickup artist becomes a natural and you will find out that all those silly routines, and canned openers don't have much use. However, they are very helpful at the beginning. |

The VERY FIRST THING when starting pick up is to get your Inner game down. If you don't have those two mastered, you'll find nothing on here will work for you. Forget the methods and the routines. You have to build a strong foundation so that you don't have to fake all the advice you are given. |

well, sure inner game is crucial.. but i don't agree with you a lot here.. Most of the guys that start out are afraid of even approaching.. Once they get used to it, it becomes normal and rather fun in most cases. Personally, with pickup i think you must fake it till you make it. And this is especially for building confidence! If you have a very awkward body language, you can learn what you should do to demonstrate that you are confidence and eventually become confident.
