So I met this hb10 and we met on a Sunday, that Wed we go on a date (dont touch) then we go back to my place and end up touching and kissing-no tongue on her part (she wouldn't go further). I asked her out again Friday, and we kissed and she gives me a handjob with her clothes on (but refuses sex or anything else). Would you say shes easy? I thought I had it in the bag. So how do I get to the next base? Or should I just move on to another chick who puts out faster and never speak to her again?

This girl looks like she's after a relationship more than anything else. You should meet up again, start making out, and make it clear to her that this is nothing more than .. what ever it is the two of you've got .. See how she reacts. If she wants a relationship, you tell her you can't see her anymore and move on, if not, congratulations, you've gotten yourself a fuck buddy.

Not sure how you guys think this is a case of the girl insisting on a relationship. Quite frankly the OP hasn't given us nearly enough details to conclude so. A big clue is that she wouldn't take her clothes off. It could be that she's insecure about her body for all we know.

OP you should always be talking to other girls if your not in a relationship you should never put everything on one girl

Never concluded on anything, neither that she insisted on having a relationship, which she hasn't .

However, the whole "let's take things slow" mentality she seems to have, looks like some kind of "let's see if this guys sticks around even though we don't have sex" thing. The reason I instantly think that this might be it, is pure experience. I might be wrong, but that's why he needs to clarify what he wants out of the relationship.
