| Post subject: | Date logistics: how many days in advance? |
So here's the deal: I'm only Free on Saturdays: any other days are pretty much are up to chance of me not being able to get to the date. But maybe if I really try I'd be able to get a week day but it's not likely. So this week I'm seeing a girl on Saturday. I want to see another girl though, let's call her Jane. I talked with Jane before and she said she was busy last Saturday but that could have been a lie (saying they changed her hours at work) I haven't talked to her in 10-14 days, so I think it's time I hit her up. But the only time I'm free is next Saturday. So texting her today (assuming she can come) would be a 9 day wait. Would that be an ok timeline? My plan: obviously because she was hesitate last time I'm gonna try and feel her out more and be more indirect. How would you's recommend me trying to find out if I can get her to hangout next Saturday. A friend recommend me saying, "What are you doing next Saturday?" I liked that one. |

9 days is way to early to make a date your giving her tons of time to flake on you. I'd set it up 2-3 days before hand and send a evening text the day of just to make sure things were still on track. As far as asking her out DON'T SEEM TO NEEDY what I mean is whatever plans you have don't act like they live or die with her if she rejects go at other girls and move on

Ok I'll try texting her sometime next week for the date. So than here's another question: should I text her today just to talk a little bit than stop - to establish communication. Because I haven't texted her in a while and she might go cold, I'm sure you know what I mean. Most importantly: If so, what should I say? Since she flaked maybe I shouldn't be flirty? Or maybe I should work in pre-selection. This is kind of a unique situation - so if you can break it down for me little by little. Thanks. |
