You could try to come up with a cocky-funny reply as suggested above. If she asks what you're up to or how you are then you should always make out that you have an interesting lifestyle and are always up to something fun, its a Demonstration of Higher Value (DHV) that you have an interesting life. If you don't have an interesting life then create one for yourself by getting out there, and in the mean time make that shit up.
