Today I want to share here a doubt here, which is actually a stickingpoint that I feel, and that has only partly to do with seduction, and mostly to do with Innergame. Do you know when friends, family or HBs try to convince us of something we disagree by instinct, or even try to enter force themselves into our lives, or even that awkward situation when someone who never liked us, or just gave us little attention but suddenly seems to become very interested in us and wanting to be our bestfriend?
Once I read a quote here saying "Be assured that when saying yes to someone, you're not saying no to youself." I would like to learn more about this such as learning to say no, without leaving us thinking about it and affecting our self esteem, or just learn to be unavailable to people and more available to ourselves. I also believe that this can be a DHV in many situations, because its shows social proof
What do you think, as someone already gone through this? And anyone knows anything like materials about it, videos, books?
