just flirt back! She didn't have to say she's putting on sexy makeup, which means she is sexually interested. Take advantage of this and just type back some witty comebacks.
Example to your situation (my personal preference)
"Sexy makeup, huh? I'll be the judge of that, send some pics. don't break your nose puttin on makeup now ;)"

just invite her to take a cofee or a beer... some RELAX afternoon/night ;).. (make sure to tell her before! you don't want her to cloth like crazy xd)
