I'm a 22 year old male starting trying to learn this new world. I was wondering what books and forums I could read to get me started. I've got The Game and lectures from Double your Dating. Anymore ideas would be appreciated... Thanks |

1) Power of now, 2) Journey into yourself - both by Eckhart Tolle. until you learn how to be yourself and build strong innergame, you won't see much benefit from techniques. |

Check out this forum post for a decent list: books-pua-s-should-read-vt154252.html In general, stay away from books that try to create a new persona for you--those books will only throw glam on top of a weak foundation, and after the facade wears off you'll be back to where you started. Instead, I recommend books that help you improve what you already have. I also recommend books that give you a different view on life, so that even if you disagree with it, you'll still be able to see how other people see the world and improve your empathy. |
