Hello Pua from the Forum, hope everything is cool and sweet, thanks for reading the post, which is my first. A lot of topics, books, and seminars mention and advise about talking about feelings to women. For those like me who dont have the slightest clue of how to do this, or where to start, where to learn, develop your own way of talking about feeling everyday and everynight, where to start ? I havent found books about this...... Has anybody passed throught this before or feels the same ? Opinioes are welcomed |

invest in a cat to whom you can talk about your feelings to, to your heart's content. |

I used to watch a lot of Dr. Phil so I am pretty good with this. It has a lot to do with revealing vulnerability and being willing to engage in open discourse honestly and sympathetically. There's a bit from an old movie called "The Story of Us" and the family sits down everynight and asks each other their high and low of the day. I think that's a good way to discuss how someone is feeling on a deeper level. |
