If a girl I am trying to date tells me she is sad (in this case something in her home), I should definitely try to comfort her?, Am I right? |

Sure. Just don't be her emotional tampon that she goes to in order to air her every little problem. Being a dick only works with girls who have serious self esteem issues. |

Don't agree. Being a dick also works with girls who have little or no self esteem issues at all. In this situation u need to comfort her, but don't over do it. You don't want to be labeled as" Mr sensitive" |

Depends on what it was and what you are looking to ultimately get out of it. If her brother died or some shit, then yes, be a human a show her some sympathy. But if it's something that is not exceptionally bad, then just kind of give her a "too bad, so sad" type response and don't let her dwell on it. You can also turn the Mr. Sensitive thing to your advantage by being very nurturing and sweet and telling her how special she is and making her feel safe so that she'll give you a comfort fuck later. |
