Like Assertive said, you'll have to come up with your own personal stuff. (I still cheat sometimes though). Maybe it's the feeling of not wanting to crew things up? Just re-read your message before you send it and put yourself in her shoes. Ask yourself "is this a shit message if someone sent it to me? especially someone I like?" If you review the message as 'not shitty' it's basically good enough. Merry x-mas btw, babe
