I was gonna say DHV, but going sexual is a better answer to this specific question. However, you can do both. Tell DHV stories based on your sexuality. Ask her if she'd ever date a coworker. Then tell her that you have and it was a big mistake. Tell her the girl was really pretty, and it started with giving each other massages at work. Then it escalated and you guys hooked up a few times but things didn't work out. And then describe how awkward it was being forced to work together professionallly after having had a sexual affair. The image that puts into this new girl's mind is one of picturing herself with you after having sex together. It's one of those subtle NLP things. It also shows that you are desired by women, sexually competent, and a working professional. Then you get suggestive, and even physical, but not crude or creepy. Don't start talking about butt fucking or grabbing all over her when she's not ready. However, you definitely want to display confidence in your sexuality and your status as an alpha male being with a female you desire. This is where calibrating and reading ioi's becomes key, because you can keep pushing it and escalating as long as she is reciprocating. If she's not, then you need to pump the brakes and go back to building more friendly rapport.
