I've got a couple of questions that are for my situation but could also help the community. Please leave stories or tips from your own experience, this way we can all learn.

1. If a girl was once attracted and now gives little to no attention to you, could she be attracted once more?

2. Does Fapping (Jerking off) really does disadvantage your game ?

3. Do girls care about a men's clothing?

4. How can you bring up the topic of sex in a casual manner? Without sounding like a pervert.

1. Yes, she can still get attracted to you. If she friendzoned you, you need to show her that you have changed and now you are a much interesting person..
2. I haven't jerk off since the june 1st and the results im getting now are way better than before. This is due to the boost in confidence I got a long with it. But I know people who jerk off once a week and this still do great!
3. They care more about your hygiene! Even if you dressed really good and you smell bad this will be a turn off.. Make sure you smell good and your clean. Of course, if you dress up well that is good too.
4. Lead the conversation there.. Normally for me it comes up normally when I'm sitting solo with a girl. But here is a nice game you can play with her or the whole group. The game is called "Never have I ever.."
Simple and most of the statements would be about sex normally :) Once you, her, or one of your friends mention sex everyone else would be talking about it.

1: Yes. Chances are unless she dug the more AFC traits you previously possessed, her attraction could still be there and could possibly be enhanced.

2: Arguable. I keep a healthy cycle and found the results greater. Brimming with testosterone by not wanking means I more or less think primarily with my penis, and not with my head. I am less smooth and calculating, and my mind clouds somewhat. Optimal performance for me comes from not having a burning need for sexual action, which masturbating permits.

3: Yes, absolutely, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. A man's fashion represents who he is and his level of style, grooming, sophistication, and social orientation etc. Dressing smartly and a cut above the rest will do wonders for your state and perception by others. Variables are involved of course, such as what age/type of lady you are keen to attract.

4: Don't force it, ease into it through other topics. When discussing it, discuss it without waver and act as if it's no biggie. Making playful sexual jokes/quips can be used to kickstart the topic. Gauge how comfortable she is when you introduce the sexual conversation, and discuss accordingly.

^this. if the rest of your game is on, she WILL be attracted to you and she WILL bring it up herself. Then just go with it.
