okay so I've started doing pickup, finally took me long enough. Of course like any noob I am hitting road blocks. I can approach and talk to girls but I'm not consistent. I can talk to one girl but hesitate to talk to another, so obviously I still have mad approach anxiety. I've realized that I just need to push past it and just approach, but I keep failing. On average though I do approach 5 girls a day. I know for sure once I'm able to approach consistently and branch out of my comfort zone, only than will I get better. What I would like to know is on average how many approaches should someone be doing per week, or even per day if they want to get better? |

I know how you feel. There will be a curving point though. i aproach 5 ppl a day but Im happy with 3 approaches knowing i made 3 ppl feel good or feel special and knowing i had 3 approaches and am closer to social freedom by 3 steps. So dont be so hard on yourself the curving point will come It all depends on your mood and your self esteem, take care of it, help it grow and everything will fall in place as long as you take action.
