Post subject:  Your method to being in state/being in the zone 24/7?

We all have those stretches, single evenings where we spit gold from our tongue, are twice as wired and alert, and feel like an unleashed hound dog. On the other hand, we have those nights which seems an all around struggle. The zest and energy isn't there, the mind is on low settings, and the desire to push is absent.

Does anyone recommend a decent pre-game pump up routine that forces them in the zone?

do what's necessary... do warm up approaches and get blown away real hard... it makes me sharp as fuck.

I've got a FB who amps me up. She does it automatically when ever she's winging for me, I've never asked she just does it out of instinct I guess. Plus she always gets excited when ever she wings and her energy rubs off on me. If she's unavailable, I amp myself up I pregame a little before going out while listening to some power songs on my pod.

I've never done it, but I've seen it done. Once you hit the field, even if the sets can hear it, just start yelling. Be like "Hey Timmy great job!!! Great job Timmy!!!!!!!" Make it sound upbeat, but it doesn't even have to make sense. Just make sure you don't sound like a raving lunatic and be smiling while doing it. And fuckin' yell it, I mean belt it out there for the world to hear.

It's like an alpha lion roaring. This is me world, here I come! Your blood gets pumping, your voice is warmed up, you're ready to start opening sets.

fucking great. I do things like clap my hands 3 times really hard and cheering way. haha always makes me approach... now whenever I feel not like approach I just clap my hands... but this sounds great in club. haha I'll try
