A drink at the bar....(the route I go) A picture of you guys in a frame... Some sort of funny card that has an inside joke... A joking accessory (t-shirt, necklace, bracelet, etc.) that has a back story joke you guys both know... Most of the time NOTHING! In fact I don't buy presents for women, I spend time with them and buy them drinks. In the past I've gotten them chocolates, roses, flowers.... but they would have to be close close friends that I knew nobody was going to do that for, and they needed the "upper". That will bring them up, but I certainly wouldn't buy anything more than a card or a drink at the bar unless we were very close. Be careful of the meaning of the present as if you have zero sexual interest it's best to stick with a casual present, stay away from jewelry (gold/diamonds) and romance gifts (obviously some contexts changes things if you know she just needed roses and she is close).
