Stop trying to get her to fuck over facebook. She is sexually conservative and thinks hooking up was "wrong". You need to be in person to move her forward. She also thinks you lied to her and you're a player. Keep these things in mind.

This is a girl that responds to guilt. So use it on her if need be.
If she doesn't want to meet in a casual place for close to a week, guilt her with the sex and point out that since she's trying to distance you two, it's the least she can do to be friendly. Unless you're a different type of girl than you tell me.
Basically, turn it into a question of if she's a slut who uses guys for sex. She's terrified of this type of perception and she'll do what she needs to in order to stay out of that setting. This is not your best option, btw. But if she won't see you any other way, you've got a trump card.

In the future, make sure you fuck in the night and then when you wake up. AND before she leaves, make sure you set a meeting up for lunch. I've had girls do the "I want to forget last night" thing before. A lot less often when I do those two things. And I think most of those who still did, probably had boyfriends.
