Post subject:  State Exercises V1.0

The past couple of weekends I have been a bit slow on the uptake, sluggish if you will. Im not too hyped about going out and meeting new people. So my question is, does anyone have any exercises they do before they go out? e.g. star jumps, singing, punching a wall, whatever.

Or even anything they do when they first get in a venue? Ive been thinking today about doing a stupid dance move or something to "embarrass" myself. I think that will get me in state.

Gimme some tips guys, thanks :D

I use an NLP technique called anchoring. I will try to visualize before hand to be the prize, confident, alpha male. Then I anchor that state to something I do to trigger that state. Touching my nose, wrist, so I can feel the state. Then walk into the club.

In all seriousness before I plan to go out I workout before my shower, reminding myself that Im the prize, meditating on the fact that Im more competent and active than the next guy. You have to push yourself everytime though otherwise your workout becomes boring. Learn to fight as well, even if your just shadow boxing to keep your heart rate up between reps, keep your head moving, learn to throw your body into it. Im not suggesting that you will need to or should use this infield but the knowledge that you CAN physically put someone in their place is a significant confidence booster for me and Im not a big football player or body builder, hell I dont even go to the gym, I workout at my place using my own body weight like Jet Li and I use dumbells when Im throwing punches, but if you've done any gaming then you know size literally doesnt matter when it comes to being the Alpha, especially if your not intimidated easily, more of which comes from the pre-gaming workout and meditation. You have to commit though, workout through the week, I do constantly, when I wake up, on break and lunch at work, when I get home and before I go out again. Build endurance, stamina and strength so that when you do land a lay you can pound her into submission like she wants you to, untill you both are exhausted and she walks like she's been riding a horse ALL DAY! Why do you think some women like horses? STAMINA! not to mention how sore they get lol

I just take 4 shots of vodka to get me into a near tipsy state (but not to the point where others will know you've been drinking). Then I feel like I don't give a fuck about anything and can be loud, boisterous, and an asshole. By the time the alcohol wears out I'm ideally on a roll and still feeling confident.

Yea I forgot to mention shotgunning a couple of beers beforehand

If you're working out, you should drink liquor instead... Fewer unhealthy calories :D

Oh yes I forgot... I also put deodorant beneath my ball sac... That way, in case I get my dick sucked, I won't have to worry about the foul smell coming from my asshole in case I've been farting all night.

do warm up approaches... that'll get you into state and build your momentum throughout the night
