As you can tell I live in Milano now, and the uni I'm going to is full of posh female models! Literally a lot of HB10s from Russia, ukraine, brazil, serbia, etc.. Some of them might be attracted from the IOIs I get.. At many of those times, the convo leads to her saying " I'm a model" or "I modeled since.." That's their way to shit test me and see how effective I get to this response.. I normally say: " Yeah, this uni is full of models. When I was in London, 6/10 of the girls in my class were models.. It's much easier to be a model these days, don't you think?" If you encounter girls who tell you that, what is your response? |

What are they shit-testing for when they ask that question? Fishing for a compliment maybe, but I don't see her trying to intimidate you much more than her beauty already could.. |

Tell them "Beauty is common, but a good personality is rare. Do you have that?" It's basically a neg which translated says "Being hot means nothing, especially when you're boring." |

Well she is dhv'ing her self by saying that.. An AFC would have said: " Oh I thought so, you are beautiful" or something a long those lines.. A shit test in terms of seeing what your reaction is to her being a model. I feel like they are telling me " Oh i'm one of the popular bitches around, can you keep up with that?" |

Yep, that is a great response.. Will try it out soon It's basically a neg which translated says "Being hot means nothing, especially when you're boring." |

I don't really advocate negs, but if you must employ one, wouldn't something like "Oh... (vague disappointment) you seemed smart to me..." be better? That then forces her to "qualify herself". *Gags on MM terminology*

"What are you, a hand model?" The above is also good. They're not shit-testing you, unless they say it with an attitude. |

"Oh! There's a lot of models here but I didn't think you were one" If she pulls you on it then the escape frame is that you thought she was Phd student or something similar. She thought your frame was that she wasn't of sufficient attractiveness to be a model so indirectly you neg her but you also compliment her on a trait that she would like to possess. |

AH my favorite topic: models! Many models from all over the world tend to flock down to NYC, the fashion capital of the world. Modeling isn't an easy gig, though in some sense they were scouted out of luck. I'd qualify her by asking her what agency she is signed with. The guys I tend to go for are the ones that make the big bucks and are signed to the top agencies. From that information, you can find out where she stands in the modeling spectrum and if her career is going to go anywhere. |

Models are also people. Don't treat them differently. You should just not care or respond with "ok cool" if someone tell you that. |

Qualifying her is a good idea.. However, I don't see how useful the information about which top agency they work for can help me here. We are still uni students and don't real have jobs SPAM.. None of them are in top agencies really and most of them are 18 year old students that just came to milano newly.. It's a different scenario than the one you are talking about where the girls came to your city just to model and make it in the industry.

Never denied the fact they are people.. For me, gaming a 9 or 10 is much more difficult than gaming 8-.. and they are used to getting all the attention from guys so throwing her question back at her would be a better way to say : " bitch please i hang out with models all the time, tell me what makes u different than all the ones i know.."
