Right so I started about a year ago, I have completely changed my body from fat to muscely which has improved my confidence a lot. Its still lacking and I have trouble approaching girls and lack pua techniques and routines. I was wondering what you guys would reccomend as reading material for a begginning I'm will to put in time and learn a lot! Any suggestions would be great?? |

Read or get audio book for The Game. Then youtube pick up artist stuff and watch all the free vids you can. Read this forum thoroughly, especially the sticky threads. And as you are absorbing all of this information go out in the field and apply it and talk to real women on a regualr basis. |
