(No fap includes not watching porn) I broke the no-fap forever challenge. I didn't fap for 3 month's. And then the next day i was super horny (this carried on for a few days) i couldn't hold back. So i fapped. I'm literally so angry that i broke it. NOFAP works btw. I'm going to start again so i will be posting weekly result's of how i feel. This will carry on till Febuary. (Each week i will post result's).
