Met this girl about two weeks ago at a house party and spent a lot of the night talking to her, gave her my number blah blah blah everything good. After this we met up a couple of times kissed etc everything's good. The really big problem happened on Saturday night when i was out in town and we met up for a little bit. I was very very drunk and said some really stupid shit that did nothing apart from make her feel awkward. she did text me this morning and then later we spoke on the phone and talked about what i had said last night, I stupidly brought it up. For the next couple of days she was kind of off with me but she was still texting me, although when i would reply i wasn't always getting a reply back again. Again on Tuesday we were speaking on the phone and she brought it up again. She said she wasn't looking for a relationship just not (was in on for 5 years that ended about 6 months ago) I told her I'm in no rush for one either due to my girlfriend of 2 years breaking up with me about 6 weeks ago, (which she already knew about) and if anything was ever going to happen I would prefer we took it slow. So today everything seems to be back to normal shes texting me loads again and we spoke on the phone for about 30min I find though when I'm trying to escalate things sexually in texts she just ignores it. Why would she be so keen to talk to me if I'm getting sexual with her and shes not interested, so f***ing confused Am I in the Friends Zone? |

Sexually escalate with her in person, cut back on the texting. Texting is a logistical tool to set up meetings and perhaps to continue to make her laugh and feel good about you after you've already familiar in each other's company. But cut back on it. I get the feeling you're chasing her a little too much. Just be cool, cut back on the texting and meet her in person and then escalate. |
