| Post subject: | Made a mistake |
I was getting on well with this girl today as a friend. She is fun and can take "banter" however in context of a relevant topic, i said that her boyfriend used to look like he was fat when he was younger, she got offended, even though i stated clearly that i meant when he was a kid, and i was myself. Not sure if i handled it well and in the future how would be the best way to apologise without undermining myself ? |

Ignore it next time and change the topic. If you acknowledge her anger, then she will justify being angry at you. For the record...don't talk bad about boyfriends or better yet do not mention them. |

Why does it matter? how insecure of her to get upset about something like that. Is she vain or something? I was a fat fuck when I was younger and im damn proud I lost it all.Go tell her to fuck herself. I imagine if she tells her boyfriend you said that it will go down like this: Her: Blahdeblah said you look fat. Me: Why did he say this. Her: Well we were looking at old pictures of you and he said you used to look fat. Me: Woah...he said I used to look fat...so why did u get mad. Her: Because he said you used to look fat. Me: You're an idiot lol. |
